b. Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics and Tracking Data: We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar technologies to collect data about your interactions with our site, such as IP addresses, browser types, browser language, operating system, the pages you view, and the dates/times of your visits.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information.

Calendar Data (Google)

Connecting a calendar is optional. If you choose to connect one so that we can help schedule meetings for you, we reach Google’s calendar APIs through our service provider Nylas, Inc., which brokers the connection on our behalf.

The access we request is read-only (Google’s calendar.readonly scope), and we use it for a single purpose: to read your free/busy availability so the platform can propose meeting times that do not conflict with your existing schedule.

We never create, modify, or delete calendar events, and we never read event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, or attachments. Our systems only ask whether a given window of time is free or busy.

For a connected calendar we store only what is required to keep the connection working: the grant identifier issued by Nylas, the email address of the connected calendar account, the calendar provider and region, and the timestamps for when the connection was created, last updated, and invalidated. We never store Google OAuth access or refresh tokens, and we never store the contents of your calendar.

Availability derived from your calendar is shown only to the counterparty you are scheduling a meeting with on a deal, and only as candidate time slots. Calendar data is never sold, never shared with advertisers or data brokers, and never used for advertising or ad personalization.

You can disconnect a calendar at any time in the app under Settings → Calendar, which deletes the stored connection record. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can read that policy at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number, we may send you text messages such as one-time verification codes and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are never sold or shared with any third party, and text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.

Security of Your Information

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Information About Minors

The service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a minor without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you the service. If your account is suspended or deactivated, we retain your associated personal data for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems, except where a longer retention period is required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
